I've often said that there is nothing better for the insides of a man than the outside of a horse." Winston Churchill
Horses, horses, horses, and more horses; and what beautiful horses they are. These are the horses the children use in their horse back riding lessons. Most are on their second careers, enjoying a productive retirement and giving joy to the children who love them.
Not horses, but still welcome additions to our Angel Fire community. A donkey, a dog and a goat: just a sampling of the animals on the premises of Angel Fire Equestrian Center in Coyle, Oklahoma.
A horse is a horse, is a horse. Or is it? To a child, a horse is a playmate, a companion, a listening ear, a comforter, a teacher, a student, a responsibility, a blessing, a dream come true. A horse is a horse, is a horse. Or is it? Come see at Angel Fire Equestrian Center. The children and the horses will teach you the answer. Join us on our quest, and let the adventure begin!
Max was a very special member of our Angel Fire Community.
Originally a girl scout horse, Max was a favorite among our
students. He died in November 2013, at the age of 35. He leaves behind his faithful companion Marie and all his friends
and loved ones at Angel Fire. He will be greatly missed.
